Im not sure what will going to be for CG malaysia, but im impressed on their china project they did as I have a friend owning a unit there.

yes the road will be beside nottingham. The current load that lead to the construction site is not the main road but not sure will this road will be maintained as well in future as another access point. There is phase 2 of tiara east in future on the current road lead to country garden.

the only concern for me is still the stupid link house plan.
According to their plan the measurement was 15200 X 6600 =15.2m * 6.6m
which is too small but they mentioned is 20 x 70

is on their website the brochure.
I believe this have to be clarify urgently . During launching they say is 20 x 70.
looking at the total built up area os 2600sqft doesnt match anything on 20x70 as mentioned

sorry my concern from the plan is from car porch to the end of house is 15.2meter that is not even 70feet unless their brochure is wrong
