from the picture i doubt the house does not meet 20 feet as mentioned by the sales person. Is seems to be more like 17-18 feet only

from the picture the left side is corner lot and the right side is intermediate lot.
For intermediate lot it should be 6000mm length based on the plan which equiv to 19.xx feet.

Based on your picture i can roughly see that it did not even have 19 feet (calculate based on the door which normally are 3 feet in length) maybe i'm wrong. Need to go there see it in person.

for serendah still have issue with the land so I dont think it will complete

SA told me maybe they have option to separate security and club if majority feel that the soon to be announce club house +security is expensive.

feel cheated since sales guy say 20 feet. I had measure the front only 17feet. Imagine the kitchen for intermediate lot where the extra space is missing at the corner the kitchen is horribly small. I forsee many will be extending the kitchen area for sure

nope can't park if the current design is as the show unit. Maybe 1 front and 1 back sure can but not side by side
