I think this are the actual unit measurement. As you can see the corner lot at the kitchen area only reach 19 feet as stated on the house plan in the Mutual deed agreement.

If they measure it on the front is different story altogether. There is no intermediate house plan measurement on the mutual deed agreement signed. Should raised this to CG and make sure everyone look at the plan on the mutual deed agreement.

Go force the lawyer and let the lawyer push CG to give all different unit house plan before signed.
If you guys visit the show unit you will see both left and right unit have a slightly different layout at the kitchen area.
The right unit have part of the kitchen being combine with dining area so the only space left in the kitchen is roughly 6 feet by 6 feet area.

yes as promised by them they will refund in Jan and they did. At least they do keep promised.

The entrance road is after tiara east and before nottingham

that part nwxt to kfc wont be develop. most probably use that road for internal EM interchange road

ok the snp measurement for intermediate lot is 6000mm x 12000mm (front door to itchen)only. which is kinda small size 3 storey

I think there are few types of link house design. The one here are type E.
The layout with the current plan and the show unit is somehow different in few area.

I thought CG is opening up serendah club house since there is a roadshow for serendah now

I had been telling this earlier that CG will be a good one since I had visited the one in china before.
Is really a good township too bad only few DSL and no SemiD available else this will be much more hotter than SEH and ECO.

I went there yesterday and it seems a lot more work to be done not sure they can really launch it beginning of May. I will see some delay.

For those who miss out semenyih the Serendah CG is available for viewing too. Dont like the 1 in serendah I feel is to far away compare to Semenyih but the club house in serendah is huge.
