they dont even stick anything on any lot . they only ask u choose which one u like and then write the lot on the receipt.
this means there might be 100 ppl also choose the same lot. if during the ballot you are choosen then you need to check if someone already book or not . if is booked you have the priority to choose other available lot if the one written on your receipt is choosen. so that sums up no picture for sure
