Which means they deduct 2k from original selling price? So the 2k privilege card no longer worth 4k as what we been told originally? The rebate 8 percent will be calculated only after minus 2k from selling price? How come so kelam Kabut !

My question is what about the extra loan amount since your loan 90percent was based in original OTP . Will that mean they only request progressive payment up to the new amount (after minus 2k)? Or they still request all amount based on your original loan offer letter? Will thy get extra 2k?

I dont care much now is their problem for changing last minute.just dont ask me cancel loan and resubmit. If you already apply the loan based on the original OTP then means they will earn your early bird 2k discount since they have deduct from current latest OTP price . Better make sure u have latest OTP before apply loan else the early bird 2k discount will mean no discount at all.

In my case, the 2k discount was already deducted from the first payment when I signed the SNP. Does not seem to have anything to do with loan.. Why has to cancel the loan? very confusing...

Country Garden given the 2k discount to me when I sign the S&P. No issue at all. Pls check with their panel lawyer. Some of the sales has no experience.

Maodi seems to be extremely pleased by the problem we are encountering with cg. I wonder what is his real motives. Is he an unhappy customer or a competitor, or just someone who enjoys the suffering of the others... I wonder.

Dude you are right. What I can say now is bcos of cg joint venture with m**land then screw up with unprofessional services. Their rawang serendah project is still pending for launching whereby serendah show units are ready! All this bcos of M**land style - everything are yeses but then all kena delay delay n delay during executing project tasks.

anyway delay is good for us since the S&P stated they will compensate us for every delay after 36 month onwards if the project still not complete. It will based on the date the stamping is done.

What I meant for serendah whereby show units are ready but they can't do the launching due to some process has screw up by Mr Land.

But semenyih project should be ok. I heard phase 2 plan is almost out with 1 shopping mall,size considered big!

Sigh. ..I was trying alert those buyers by pointing out one of the hidden things and did advice your to look into your s&p - make sure everything had verbal mentioned by the cg salesman have to be put into Black and White b4 sign it. I'm very sure non of the buyers can tell me the maintenance & club house charges. Then why so rushing to sign the s&p just bcos the salesman said "IT MUST SIGN OTHERWISE CANCEL BOOKING!". For me, this is nonsense and ridiculous. this is very simple and basic that you should aware. I'm investor and ain't unhappy customer as I still pending to sign the s&p until things are clearly indicate into s&p. And I don't mind if they cancel my order as I believe I have many choices,beside CG project!

Why rush with careless.
