The new regulation mandates developer has to disclose discount and loan% has to be computed on net price. If that is true, CG has to declare it....

In my case, the 2k discount was already deducted from the first payment when I signed the SNP. Does not seem to have anything to do with loan.. Why has to cancel the loan? very confusing...
