2007 Bank officer ask me to apply, I mention convert. She said convert can't apply.
So I went & bought property here & there ..
2011 My tenant ask me to apply, I told him convert can't apply.. He say YES you are entitled. Me = ???
I went & apply... the same bank officer process my loan. I thanked her for making the mistake & my tenant for telling me.
If I apply in 2007 I will re-draw every year to top-up next year..
Now I plan to let the dividend roll & roll ... re-draw when needed. icon_rolleyes.gif


btw bro what is the meaning of "biar papa asal gaya"..

i'm facing the same problem also bro.. ended up i call PNB office, they said u better come to HQ and do it. hassle free.
and yes, within 10 minutes at PNB office all kawtim. damn happy and now i'm eager to save more and more..

seriously, please stop repeatedly commenting "as life goes on, good luck, try another times, keep update the book etc etc"

I mean like, if you you got the units, just update. And not keep repeat from page 1 - now the same thing.

That's damm fast.. it take about 1-2month for the bank to approve my loan.. me too it's hard to skip buying stuff from the net when looking at the bigger picture its worth it.

I heard that banks are going to cut on the ASB loan. No more ASB loan after this. Is that true? Or is it just a non sense rumors?

this is what i heard, they will open up loan for ASB2. ASB2 is not like ASB, it is not open ended where there is no fund limit. So first come first serves. Don't know how true is this though.
