2007 Bank officer ask me to apply, I mention convert. She said convert can't apply.
So I went & bought property here & there ..
2011 My tenant ask me to apply, I told him convert can't apply.. He say YES you are entitled. Me = ???
I went & apply... the same bank officer process my loan. I thanked her for making the mistake & my tenant for telling me.
If I apply in 2007 I will re-draw every year to top-up next year..
Now I plan to let the dividend roll & roll ... re-draw when needed.

That's damm fast.. it take about 1-2month for the bank to approve my loan.. me too it's hard to skip buying stuff from the net when looking at the bigger picture its worth it.

$_$ .. i took coz pay rm15k 1yr get rm200k, also as insurance incase anything happen to me.

Guys since they had make the announcement .. can we go update or
re-draw the ASB tomm ? or have to wait until Jan 2014 ?
(gonna see the long Q in Post Office / Maybank)
