I managed to top up RM600 into my ASM (yesterday RM300 and this morning another RM300)! Will try again later~

ZERO success for me lately.

I have been asked by at least 3 bank staff so far to go to ASNB for the top up as ASNB has better and faster system for the top up! BS.

Thinking of writing to the banks and ASNB to raise the issue that some bank staff are not that "friendly/helpful/etc" when it comes to customers wanting to top up their ASX.

What is the difference between this and customer depositing/withdrawing money at the counter?

No ASM units for me, I'm "trying" few years never once manage to get ASM. Only gets ASW & AS1M (if got luck)

it's depend on the banks staff "mood". Sometimes they're very2 friendly can "try" for 5-6 times also no problem. there's also staff even before "trying" already said to customer "Saya cuba 1 kali sahaja okay"
Some very2 "smart" staff even said "we cannot key-in more than 3 times, if not need to give memo to ASNB HQ"

Currently I only have ASM. Can I open AS1M & ASW2020 at pos office? The staff told me I must go to the PNB branch for account opening now since there is no new launching...is that so?

In fact u can open at Pos but chance is very slim
Open at ASNB is slightly better than Pos

u can "try" at ASNB branch but remember if there's no unit available, they would "destroy " the newly "printed with your name" ASx passbook. Make sure u got the "strength" to hold your feelings together

anyway No harm "trying", you won't be fine or charge in court for doing so
