The VS that you stock in from China, i have a few in my garage 1-2 years back as part of my research equipment. well if such high capacitance VS works, then you don't need a VS at all, because your battery is already VS witih huge multi-farad capacitance. Too high capacitance on 1 pcs of capacitor (i.e. 80K uF) will act very slowly can't filter ripple signal which happens at 1-50ms

Same as audio capacitor can that rated at 2-10 Farad (2,000,000 uF) cannot be served as VS because they are charge/discount much slower than smaller caps. That's the reason why building a VS need to be small and big combination to be able to filter ripple voltage.

Noobdao, do you know all these ?

As in Light dim issue, etc, i provide 2 years warranty, pm me to get it answered and solved or get a replacement unit is a wiser choice isn't it?

Prefer to believe his VS than to your China VS.

If I'm at a shop, getting information about a product details but all I'm getting was the seller keep on bad mouthing his competitor, I will walk away and never ever gonna buy from that seller again.

If you are just a buyer, yea you can say not worth or anything then go complain at his sales thread. But as a seller of a competing product, pls observe some basic seller ethics or you will come across as being sour grapes and desperate.

Super capacitor

Ripple voltage is a AC voltage happens on DC electricity. In layman term representation "take a microscope, and zoom down into the voltage up to 1000 pulse / seconds or more, you will see something that is bouncing" and because it bounce in such a high speed rate, big capacitor/ battery is not able to catch up it's pace. There are many different bouncing frequency, so a combination of big / small caps are needed.

The super caps are normally for welding and yes it's such big capacity that can replace battery

[Brothers, cool abit. However Big value in capacitors won't solve our friend's 14.5 to 12 v drop.
His problem might be a weak battery, alternator, grounding cable etc

VS in car just to filter spikes or smoothen the voltage only. yes, higher the capacitance uf the better, it give longer the time to maintains the voltage but all in millisecond only.

both sellers's VS is good n cheap. compare to others branded one in term of technical specs.
