i dont think noon has any problem last time (before this recent patch) also if u log in around 5 pm also no problem. problem only starts around 6 or 7 till like midnight.

Because I only see people not being able to log in. And of course only those who can't log in will write about it here.

I log in after work like 7.30 - 8.30 which is just bad

that's why i say, the japanese only care about server capacity they predict few months later, they don give a fuk about 1m,10m ppl joining the server, they oledi know how many ppl will join the game based on the pre-order sales, yet they fail/dont react.

Any difference from joining any grand companies? Or preferably stick to the GC where you class is?
Any particular advantages for each GC?

Today the FFXIV service will be going down for maintenance to add new worlds to help support a larger number of players. And as previously occurred with the game’s original launch back in September 2010, Square Enix is granting players a little extra game time as compensation for the recent issues. Current players as will be granted an extra 7 days of game time as compensation for the recent issues. Additionally, players that register a game code before September 9, 2013, will also be granted the additional game time.


I have just registered a FF14 1.0 code and have only seen 30 days trial period. The 7 days extra trial period is missing.

Anyone has any idea on how to get hold of the extra 7 days?

Moreover, is creating character doable now?
