nope, sim city and FFXIV different game and different traffic load into the server

Sim City was a city simulation game that did not need an online connection

FFXIV is a MMORPG and have a huge traffic load

what SE did now is not expanding their server to withstand the load

sad, can't load ytube at my workplace

already mentioned it - this was painfully obvious to SE during their beta phases

and I mentioned in V9 that SE tends to overlook problems like this and this tarnishes their image

actually they already have player count statistic hence they should just add enough server racks to account for extra 10 - 20k players

i'm hoping with the money we gave them they provide more content for us
