don't forget top of the line processor. this is quite future proof. the first Xperia smartphone with a top of the line processor. but i will admit it will be a tough decision if Z drops to 1.5k this October....

But the camera you can buy the lens, QX10 / QX100

So Z1 really screw up I think quite many people disappointed

I can relate to this.

The first gen Galaxy Tab have a terrible screen. Tilt it abit and you can't see shit liao. Since then Samsung have improved on the viewing angle stability. Even my low-end Lumia 620 have better viewing angle than this.

If anyone ask me how come they can't see anything on my X-SP when view from certain angle, I'll just tell him it's Privacy Mode and only new Sony phones have this feature.

QX10/QX100 is a camera not a lens. they are designed to function as a companion camera not as a this or that camera meaning it is not substituted... lol

bro, i think this is just your personal view la. not all share the same view as u did here.

well, for current XZ user to upgrade to XZ1, i can understand it will be not so worthwhile. the same goes to any other brand actually. people using the last gen model tends to feel reluctant to upgrade their phone. many people around me still using S3, saying no need to upgrade to S4. the same with ip5,... many i ask them, they say why need to upgrade to ip5s???

but people still using 2/3 gen back model will definitely looking at the latest model (S4, note3, XZ1,...)

Definitely. But surely those cons will appear in review soon, especially the screen panel where Sony can give great panel in ZU but why not Z1. Does not make sense right? unless Z1 is low end / middle range phone.

phone are just same, after few months will got snapdragon 1000 ady.. endless la.. buy anything that need.. recently i just throw rm500 into my phone bill to STOP my mind to change phone.. Most probably i will buy QX lens..
