Does GBI really add value to property value? It's good to have item but not necessity.

I'm staying in TM1 for the moment (but want to buzz off since this place is already f***** up) but wondering are TM2 residents going to use TM1 exit? I see a road at coming into TM1 compound to exit the premises....if so, it's going to be hell.

TM1 parking system always gets screwed up, after heavy rain and lightning, there's shutdowns and then card system gets screwed up. Can only imagine with double the population what sort of hell it is going to be to simply EXIT the buildings.

I really hope TM2 has a separate entry/exit point.

Tm1 round roof top using halogen light, like those at stadium.. now tm2 round roof top using LED with RGB bulbs capable to switch from one color to another..

Highly doubt the existing Evoxen gate system is weatherproof, that's why always failed after heavy downpour. Wrong spec chosen for the facility. Should have invested in a better system from the very beginning.

It could be system is ok but installer is lowsy and no experience. Guess TM2 is using same system so to integrate with TM1, correct?

Expected...probably 2nd week of November...great landscaping effort in progress,lots of palm trees and flowers.. few water fountains...one of the best in okr!

am wondering too, heard it's a wonderful peaceful place to stay, above average building management with the completion of tm2 comes the beautiful garden with water fountains, it's a hidden paradise in the heart of city

The condo is ok, I'm talking about the location. It's terrible, one of the worst roads in Klang valley is Jalan Puchong. Have you stayed near here before? Traffic is crazy. And I've lived in the most jammed parts of Subang, this is way worse.

Week days 7:15am to 9:15am will be heavy traffic jam for junction of Jalan Puchong and along Old Klang Road.

Haven't see any fountain yet. As I seen so far, landscaping is so so only at the moment. Of course, we only can judge it after completion.
Just wonder , how u guys know it is a good landscaping and fountain b4 the completion . Due to developer have good reputation?
