i hope they r serious this time, if not mistaken the same developer told tm1 investors same story 4-5yrs ago....but if they really gonna do it, dbkl would have to dig the road again(make sense?), they just patched it nicely few days ago..

Not really true. just listed price.
My friend bought 800sqft plus for less than 420k.

Another one I know who bought 6 months earlier was about 450k for 852sqft also.

Some owner maybe will let it go desperately..

Fridge yes, but I guess maybe different offering period give out different item? Really hope they can do the plaster ceiling for us too! Haha

Fridge was given if S&P was signed within a certain period. Hope it is a decent fridge though.

As for the plaster ceiling, I don't think is included. I think is done by one of the contractors as their showroom for future owners reference for renovation.

Yes, fridge was stated in S&P, just that not sure which brand and model they are giving.

Was told TM2 floor to ceiling height is 11ft as 1 ft used for plaster ceiling to conceal piping and cables for the purpose of easy maintenance, I thought it was one of the selling point?

Yes! Another exit straight from tm2 parking! Now very convenient with yellow box and dedicated lane for traffic turn in TM2 directly! Imho, no need wait for traffic light actually more convenient!

But they hav to do the concrete kerb else can be dangerous.

due to multiracial society, answer is no, the house rules strictly against it, upon complaint our dbkl can take action if the building mgmt failed to do so, especially dogs. can u imagine your neighbors dogs barking in the middle of the night in a high density condo...not to mention those smelly pet poopoo got dumped in the refuse room..
