no worry if u host eat-all-u-can-abalone party people sure come one, alwez depends on cost versus benefit...

Coz if the rate is high I am sure those shop lot hard to survive...Malaysia mentality don't like to pay carpark...Any idea is all shop lot sole?

Important is the maintenance. Many of condo end of the day the lighting beyond repair just tutup only.

TM2 carpark lighting using super bright white color light (cool daylight) so those tenants at TM1 level 10 and below facing TM2 carpark will suffer, if they complaint too bright TM2 management will turn off carpark lighting? TM1 parking lighting using Warm yellow light not so bad, why Developer not standardized the color temperature? TM2 white, TM2 yellow..

Still don't understand how can roof top lighting affect the below unit?

Agree should hav using same warm color. In fact now aday condo normally use warm as warm color looks cousy. Anyone know r management using LED light or convention fluo tubes?

due to the V-shape design of tm1, bright roof light at both side of the "V" would annoy the residents facing that direction if now they decided to turn it on now, tm2 residents facing tm1 gonna taste it as well..

Developer should hav use lower lux LED light for merely deco light only. Lesson learnt from TM1 how come repeat the same mistake?
