Many owners at Tiara 1 are still renovating. Everyday there is furniture, electrical appliances and renovation lorry coming.

Since developer have give fully furnish, can we mention early with developer if we want to add some power point or others things like kitchen installation?

Tiara 2 is not fully furnish oh... But as far as I know, the unit comes with quite a lot of power points, up to 15 if not wrong, and located around the room, not just one side.

What is given by the developer?

My brother just booking only. Agent say have give kitchen cabinet, hood, hob, water heater, aircond & fridge.

BTW have anyone here have buy parking lot with developer? Developer give 1 parking only look have troublesome later.

Yes, wardrobe is given in master bedroom. And fridge will be provided if sign snp within 45 days.
