Actually with most of the smaller units for 3 rooms, the car park provided only 1 except units above 1k sf, which is not practical nowaday as most young family are all with min 2 cars. Then will need to fork out additional cost monthly for other car park(if available still). Unless this place is available with more public transport instead of only the current bus system only to KL.
Not sure any bus system link to LRT around ?

Then the developer shouldn't be so greedy. They should at least give 2 carparks ma...

Do u guys think pets are allowed in the building?!! I am planning to have a medium size dog. What r the laws regarding pets in condo in Malaysia?! Anyone knows?!! Thanks in advance. Any pet owners here currently living in condo?!

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) specifically states that only smaller dogs are allowed in stratified homes namely the Minature Pinscher, Bichon Frise, Pekingese, Papilon, Poodle (Toy), Japanese Chin, Maltese, Pomeranian and Chihuahua.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) allows only nine specific small dog breeds to be kept in high-rise buildings on the condition that the building’s JMB and MC allowed it.
