Anyone can update the hotel and supermarket / groceries info over here ?
Any MRT extension that will pass by Jalan Puchong from KL Sentral to Bandar Sunway ? Just some rumours from other OKR developers. Even WCT will plan another Paradigm 2 in OUG. The above news will make very significant change in price later for TM1/2 when come into reality. |

What is the selling point of tiara muftiara 2? Been to sales office last week, my personally don't like the layout, but I know tiara 1 is make money cause when first launch is at lower price . Now this tiara2 is about 650k and my question is nowadays OKR have so much project will the buyer think thus tiara2?

To me the attractiveness of this project is the Green Building Index - Silver accreditation that they try to obtain (currently it's provisional). Not many residential development in Malaysia has actually gotten this accreditation. The closest is Petalz, which is GBI certified only.
Another thing is the selling price, which is lower compared to other new projects like residency v, petalz, or 9 seputeh etc. However, i'm quite skeptical whether they can actually bring in a hypermarket and improve the traffic flow infront of the project. |

Actually with most of the smaller units for 3 rooms, the car park provided only 1 except units above 1k sf, which is not practical nowaday as most young family are all with min 2 cars. Then will need to fork out additional cost monthly for other car park(if available still). Unless this place is available with more public transport instead of only the current bus system only to KL.
Not sure any bus system link to LRT around ? |

Tiara Mutiara 2 has 367 residential units but there is close to 800 car parking bays. |

Hi! All. may i know TM2 under commercial or resident title? How about the electricity & water rate? TM2 have 1 o 2 car park? Under HDA?
