hmm.. if no expat, then local ppl will rent it at rm1700 or rm1800 or not? this TM2 looks like family style coz it has 3 rooms, but with many offices and shops downstairs.. this is quite rare.. coz normally like Scott Garden, if downstairs all commercial, upstairs are SOHO..

KIDEX (Kinrara Damansara Expressway) Highway is coming rclxms.gif

It will definitely improves the traffic at surrounding of Kinrara, Puchong, Old Klang Road & OUG... because those who are working in PJ has 1 more option to travel..

back from their official launch in TM1 today, alot of people.
Some info gathered:
1) Proposed traffic light infront of Tiara Mutiara rclxms.gif
2) Maintenance fee for TM2 RM0.28psf incl sinking fund from the previous RM0.35psf
3) starting from RM600psf
4) 3% + 2% discount
5) higher end than TM1, 'toto' brand sanitary wares
6) 3 air conds, built in cabinet, electrolux hood and hob
7) provisional Green Building Index Silver certified

I have been there too. But tower A is now open for sales. The hotel plan for foreign owner burst?

Not sure lo... if they din bring in then overpriced alrd lo...
Regarding the hotel plan . It is quite making sense as foreign investor only can buy property for 1 mil and above..

Should be either the first station(away besar) or second station(muhibah) near the PPR apartments. Both about the same distance.

Do you know the driving distance and which way is the fastest to get there? Through the residential small roads in awan besar?

If am not mistaken, 1st Station(Awan Besar) is designated as park & ride. You can take the small road or via OUG park Lane to either station.

But if u stay at Tiara Mutiara 2, best to take the feeder bus. Very convenient and runs frequently. Guessing both TM2 and LRT will complete at the same time!

I think the price now is ard RM600psf.
Still cheaper compare to other new projects in OKR e.g Petalz 680psf, Residency V rm750psf, Pearl Suria 680psf, Southbank 750psf...but their location nearer to MV
