Heard from sales person developer didn't sell extra parking. If you want just can rent only.

Ya, but CP rent RM150/month(assume same like Tiara 1) & yet you dont own it ...with the maintenance fee(800sf) RM200+RM150= RM350/month...also I wonder if developer were to open to sales, it will be cheap also...easily cost you RM15k above...

IMO buy another parking lot better than you renting until stop in future.

the developers units should have been sold by now, but there still are lots of them available maybe 5-10% left... tiara mutiara 2 and 1 can dump to dustbin project.. sardine units.. all cramp into 1 sumore 500k more expensive than OUG developers units baru 430k.. poor sub sales this September, cannot increase more than 430k or 400k..

MRT circle line is rumoured to have a station near Petalz there. Although not within walking distance from TM2, i personally think that having a MRT station too near to your house is not a good thing in Malaysia. It's more ideal if the station is within 2-3min driving time from your house.

Circle line up to Sri Sentosa area, never heard of that, but monorail yes.

Last heard is up to 9 seputeh / taman desa only.
