Hi. Its been a while since I've been here.. just want a confirmation from somebody. If I'm not mistaken, any free worldwide delivery offer on kitbag.com excludes items on outlet, right? It seems that that is no longer the case. I tried filling my basket with outlet items, and as soon as the amount went over GBP 50 straightaway I got the free standard delivery. Is it just temporary , or is it for good?

What do you mean "items on outlet"?

Kitbag's current policy is free standard delivery for any orders above 50GBP. So far, there's nothing to implicate that this policy is changing anytime soon but the thing is this, free standard delivery means no tracking number. My advice is since you are spending 50GBP on orders, it'd be best to top up and get a tracking number.

Hi guys want to ask something here..

Last month I have made 2 purchases from the United Direct online store achieving the required minimum purchase value to entitle for free worldwide standard delivery option. In previous years there was no problem with that, all parcels seem to arrive safe and sound in a sealed condition. But this time around it was something different: the items received at the door step were in their naked form! Let's say I purchase 6 items regardless of big or small, hard or soft it was in such condition as if you buy it off the shelves yourself. And of course the DO was included and has ticked mark at the end of each listed item presumably made by the postman. What puzzles me is that my second purchase was only consists of clothing which in theory the packaging was in no way going to be torn unless being tampered with.

Is something going on after when the parcels have reached here? Or actually the quality of the standard worldwide delivery option which is shipped with DHL Global Mail Worldwide have degraded itself?

Does any of you guys experience it recently?
