you need to change it somewhere in the config, I don't know where.. cause I'm using avedesk

click on the change parameter there, after u type the weather expression then it will prompt u to enter city code

hey guys,

so i've got the weather plugin to work. i tried to change DefaultLocationID to MYXX0008, save and exit. it changes itself back to 90210 everytime i reload the config. is there anything else that i'm missing here?

I am learning samurize, so have a question here.

I am setting up the plugin to show track playing on foobar.
So, I went to
Add Meter -> Plugin -> AdvancedMediaPlayerInfo.dll

At the Source tab, I selected GetTrackName function and I tested the function and it showed up correctly.

The problem is when I save and reload the config, the line keep showing 0.

At first I suspect it is cause by chinese character but when I try with english song, it still the same.

Can anyone help me ?

Hi dude, can i get my hands on ur homemade config ? Cz im totally a newbie in this samurize thingy. Searched for days for premade configs but non caught my attention. Yours are totally my kinda thing. Can share with me ? Thanks in advance. Love the whole layout. Even the outer glow on each icon. Totally rocks !!!


Btw, how to check my cpu temperature and rpm ?
Even my GPU as well. If GPU dun wanna use rivatuner, can i use other plugin to check the temp and ram ? Say same plugin that are used to checkout on the CPU ?

Ya why no one mentioned temperature before? Is it possible to get the temperature reading as we can see in our BIOS ?

guys..i wanna ask something..how to make a volume control?i already have other winamp control..one more thing..can we start playing song without actually open the winamp?

You must run winamp in order to make Samurize retrieve data from it. Yes it is possible to make a volumn control with samurize.

but how to to make the volume controller?

On the media plugn that you use to make play pause next rewind buttons, also contained an option for volumn. I'm not quite remember how I did that, quite a long time ago.

I simply make a bar and I can pull the bar left and right to adjust volumn, as well as the 'seek' bar!

Any brother here can enlight him? I'd been long time no use Samurize, forgot already =p

it's ok..i found it.i use mouse scroll to increase/decrease the volume..thanx for ur help..

Added on April 20, 2008, 4:19 pmhye guys..i have a question here..i've downloaded a rainlendar skins for vertical calendar..n someone told me that i can actually add it in samurize so that i dont have to install the rainlendar..too much apps will use more ram rite?but then, i dont know how to put it into samurize..since it's not a plugin nor a config file..so how do i do it?

make sure you have foo_info_samurize.dll in foobar2000\components

if not, reinstall samurize, select media plugins (under extra)

But i got 2 question about the infobar :
1) How to make the upload and download same as utorrent?
2)Is it possible to add other meter in the infobar. like memory and cpu usage?
