bro.... i was having real hard time now... i am thinking of blue and red...

i heard that red from u guys... in this forum... most of u guys using what?? i know most own more than one type of switch... but what is the fav...i know also it is preferrence... any most FAV one? i hope there is a voting poll so i can see result.. haha
*
there's no such thing as favourite switch.
those of us who have different switch cuz of this few reasons:-

different switch for different usage (typing, gaming...etc)
curious to try out different switch
collection (or poisoned)

u have to try out with ur own fingers on different switches before u are able to decide...
last time i thought i would want a brown because that's the middle ground between typist and gamer.
but manatau...when i first land my fingers on the blue switch...i decided to get blue instead.

so theorycraft is not very accurate...

The best result obtained by testing all the swtiches. My favorite is brown. Tested blue and they felt good when typing. The problem is I don't like the click click when multi tap. Thinking of getting red in the future. I think red should be fun like typing on soft dada. tongue.gif

At first I thought I can stand the multi tapping on blue switch but seems that I'm wrong and brown always the best for me. laugh.gif

haha, justnits prefer blue and diaBoliQu3 prefer brown?

i prefer red more than blue actually, becoz it's very light, suitable for my lazy finger tongue.gif
red is a bit tough to used to at the beginning, a lot of typo due to the keys are light and make it so easy to register.

end of story, there is no best switch, only the switch which suit u the best tongue.gif

first dilemma would be wat switch for first mkb (definitely 104/108 keys wan)
after that, 87 with blue? or brown? then 60%? PBT or doubleshot ABS? when u reach that point, u know that u're in too deep already to get out >.<

Yeah, what he said.
Please don't lube clicky switches. More often than not, it's a waste of time.
You'll loose the click if you can't apply the lube as thin as possible. At that rate, will you even feel the smoothness?
*
I've watched WhiteFireDragon's switch lubing video on Youtube, so it's is not recommended to lube clicky switch huh?

even lubing the side rails or springs?

Hi there, what feedback do u need for Poker 2? U basically can google Poker 2 review and u will be able to read alot of nice reviews out there from all over the world.

U r not sacrificing anything, u still own all the keys functions, just that they are on as secondary keystrokes, thats the main purpose for Poker 2 - Standard Layout, 60%, full functions with additional functions like programmable keys.
*
Hey, thanks for your reply. I would prefer personal feedbacks over reviews. Personal feedbacks in terms of personal judgement on it.

Personally feel reds are too soft, doesnt have that 'click' feel, sometimes you wouldn't know if you are pressing the key tongue.gif

prepare about USD$100, inclusive of shipping (which i assume u're only taking the keycaps and i don't recommend the cheapest shipping method which doesn't have any tracking)

but of course, it looks nice smile.gif

but, it's ABS material...that's the thing that puts me off

If you have alr allocated $100 for that, might as well opt of DS or PBT keycaps?

i highly suggest u don't use this, as it doesn't have tracking service.
i used this previously for a Mass Effect hoodie and tshirt from biowarestore and i waited for 7 weeks...nothing.
called up our local post office...say this one no tracking, we cannot help u.
so i contacted bioware again...THANK GOD they offered to refund me or resend me.
i asked them to resend again with USPS Priority International (more expensive one) and i'll pay the cost for the shipping.
they did it all for me free. 2 weeks later...it's here!

lesson learned...don't go cheap on shipping...u might just never see that package ever.

im still dilemma between PBT from taobao or ABS from wasdkeyboard.
taobao = PBT, better material, but not really like the color combination.
wasdkeyboard = ABS, bad material, but love the color combination.

still finding a great deal for myself. smile.gif

Everyone should read this when they try to get things from the US. The shipping without tracking packages has high chances of being lost in mail.

take this from me too, US shipping via USPS, delivery success rate 2/8. so it is mostly fail more than success, my small package all undelivered to me, but my schiit amp via USPS did make it, and from wasdkeyboards couple years ago
