I think I asked the same question before, and if I remember correctly the answer I was told was that it doesn't matter what time you work out at.

Only problem would be that if you workout later at night, you'll more likely be tired from the day. So your intensity might drop when lifting weights. If you were to take a pre-workout stimulant, you have to time it properly so that it won't affect your sleeping after your workout.

Oh, try to get something to eat after as well.

It will affect your sleep. You need enough good sleep to repair, grow and rejuvenate.

If you are short and have parents and grandparents who are short, don't worry about your height. You'll always be short.

They are quite tall actually haha. But i scare that it will affect my sleep thus affecting my height since sleep is one of the factor for growth in height.

If you don't work out immediately before sleeping, do you:

Upon waking,
Feel that you didn't have any dreams at all throughout the night
Feel more refreshed upon waking
Feel that the sleeping duration was short

All the above are signs of good sleep quality. If you answered yes to any of the above, then perhaps working out immediately before sleeping ain't for you.

I don't think so man. Pre-workout supplements gives more potent energy compared to Milo.
