Hello musclemen, need your opinions.

Im a newbie and i normally exercise before right i sleep? icon_rolleyes.gif

Isit good for my health? Is it effective for muscle building?

Btw, im only a teenager sweat.gif

They are quite tall actually haha. But i scare that it will affect my sleep thus affecting my height since sleep is one of the factor for growth in height.
