 Exercising before bed, Healthy or Unhealthy?

I think I asked the same question before, and if I remember correctly the answer I was told was that it doesn't matter what time you work out at.

Only problem would be that if you workout later at night, you'll more likely be tired from the day. So your intensity might drop when lifting weights. If you were to take a pre-workout stimulant, you have to time it properly so that it won't affect your sleeping after your workout.

Oh, try to get something to eat after as well.

I don't think so man. Pre-workout supplements gives more potent energy compared to Milo.
