Upon waking,
Feel that you didn't have any dreams at all throughout the night
Feel more refreshed upon waking
Feel that the sleeping duration was short
All the above are signs of good sleep quality. If you answered yes to any of the above, then perhaps working out immediately before sleeping ain't for you.
