It's better to take the risks of buying properties in 2009 when there is a crisis, rather than buying with the minds of herd instinct nowadays. It's more riskier to buy any properties launched by any 'Tom, d*** & Harry" developers now.

Just want to say hello here,
according to the guard, my family was the first to move into the Solace block back in July last year IIRC.
We brought along only foldable mattress and bottled water. thumbup.gif
Bought the smallest unit during the financial crisis.

I don't understand the difference between serviced-apartment and condominium, can anybody please explain to me? Thank you!

Recommendation needed for Setiawalk R3 Solace Type B (1096 sf) Study room.

Hihi,

I'm thinking of making the study room into a bedroom, any of you have done that before?
Adding a door, fan, air-con ? Got sample pictures to share?

eventually SW F&B business will catch up, as this concept is new in Malaysia. Its like a nice spot to have lunch, tea & dinner as it takes you away from the hustle & bustle life of the city. Its part of living.....

if we walk out from the mall building, the floor tiles ter used right in front of the deco pools landscaping r damn slippery after the rains, this type of tiles r supposed to be used only in indoor floor area! Then walk down the staircase, the wooden deck area is not so slippery, still acceptable. I hope this highly rated developer could do something about it before some pregnant ladies or kids perform some in the air stunt.

SW parking fee going up as at 1.11.2013.
Mon to Fri first 3 hours $1. There after add $1 per hour. Max of $3/day.
Sat, Sun & public holidays $2 for first 3 hours. There after add $1 per hour. Max of $4 per day.
Traffic volume is good. Over 50 F&B outlets at the moment.

Add a door as mentioned by the sifu here, put sofa bed because easier for cleaning and won't take up too much space when not using, can serve as reading room too.

What is the occupancy rate for SW now? 70%?
