Bought it way back from developer. RM260K for 1330+ sf mid rise. Sold last year at RM520K.

Should hv just kept it to rent or store belongings hahahaa...

15 years ago, developer price was rm 200k and it stagnant for over 5-7 years. Now over 400% paper gain.

Titijaya's past record doesn't really fare too well, and I might add in the high density as another minus factor.

SHC is a proven name while Weida is the new boy in town but again it's hard to compare when not much info is revealed.

Let us wait... patiently

SCH next to Citta Mall
Urbana sandwich between Citta Mall and LRT stn 02
H2O seems further to Citta Mall and LRT but nearer to Tesco

Urbana RM650psf

H2O unknown

In terms of brand, SHC is the best without question

For H2O, the high density is a concern and developer past track record

For Urbana, need to know more on product details

What you mean by truly in Ara, all 3 projects also in Ara nearby Citta Mall, rite?

All 3 are freehold also, no?
