Older yes, but are suficiently equiped. Urbana, nex 2 psk, is a good comparison, careful not b caught up in d newnes of things. Greater upside can b found in d secondary market than recent new launches.

Psk most r smaler sf than pnk, hence cheaper, its location is beter than pnk as it is vry tenantable by employees in symphony, it has apreciated faster than pnk. Psk stil has much beter upside as it is within walkin distance 2 pacific place lrt station n yet away fr d pacific place congestion.

Jus like nova saujana, hip, but amaya saujana which is nex 2 it is a beter buy. Much lower density, biger acre of land, away fr highway.

Urbana will raise the prices of both PSK and PNK, you need to go there to see for yourself.

Concerto @ north Kiara is at 650 psf, residensi 22 @ mont Kiara is 650 psf. Urbana is also 650psf.

How's the sale in Urbana??

Of course SHC branding is better than Weida. But it's weida's first development and i'm sure they will brand it good, or else their upcoming project in mont'kiara will not get much attention.

The sales in Urbana is very good, went to their showroom. Most of it it's already taken. Left a few units left only even though they haven't release it to the public..

Amaya suajana easily more than RM100psf cheaper than Nova Saujana

Yea! Their floor tiles are good as well, so far the greatest compared to SHC and others. They will know what to do whistling.gif

807sf, after 5% discount is around 580k.
1033sf, pool view is around 750k+ before discount.
