AFAIK there's none of that, except for the fact that u have to pay RM150 for the first month so that u can get the Zoom device along with the internet plan. All other months are on a flat rate of rm79.

i tought RM150 pay to dealer, first month bill is RM79 next month bill in advance + prorata install date till billing date + stamp duty.

If you use YES FIZ, even with VPN you still cannot bypass the 1mbps speed. Customer service very rude at your place? I thought we all call the same number and end up with the same customer service? Unless it's customer service at your Kedai TM. My place Kedai TM also have a bad customer service. Kedai TM is the reason I subscribe to YES FIZ before. They said there's no Streamyx at my new place so I need to cut my existing line
