Would we need to pay 1 or 2 month of bills to resume service?

QUOTE(kertaznet @ Sep 11 2014, 05:20 AM) If u got Streamyx in ur area, better go with that unless u like me, TM didn't layan my application over 1 year, then fak them & go register YES. Hahahh, actually I'm thinking of going from Streamyx to this cause the performance seems to degrade a lot. I'm using the RM100++ plan, but most of the time I end up using mobile data at home and that's even after the new billing cycle. And the customer service sucks so hard, we ask why the line is so slow when the quota is far from finish, bills on time etc etc, their answer is "BUKAN ENCIK SEORANG JE GUNA STREAMYX, BIASALAH LINE SLOW SEBAB RAMAI ORANG LAIN PUN GUNA STREAMYX JUGAK. KALAU NAK LAJU UPGRADELAH PACKAGE." Like what the hell man apa guna upgrade package kalau service line sendiri slow macam siput babi kena sawan babi?

They say that to me too 2 years back at my hometown! But I think they improved a lot since then. I'm using Unifi 5mbps at my hometown and till now no issue at all.

At my place whenever there's slow down I always blackmail TM and said If like this I want to subscribe to other ISP lah. Then less than a day my connection is fix. They also call me back to confirmed whether my line is restored. I'm happy with my 4mbps Streamyx. Used to subscribe with this Fiz but cannot tahan 1mbps speed. If my wife watching Youtube, I cannot even surf Google+.
