I knew there is 1 dev absorb the gst cos my fren working there, he told me so, not convenience to share its name.
Another case is a lawyer investor also writing to the developer to argue about the gst cos when the time she purchased, there is no such GST and the (our all) snp never mention about it too... so she refuse to pay any so far. She invested about 10 commercial and all progressive payments kena now
