DESIGN AESTHETIC

The building design will incorporate steel, glass and greenery into a modern cutting-edge urban campus in a garden setting that will reflect Star’s position as a visionary industry leader. The 5 Towers will present a contemporary even ‘futuristic’ aesthetic setting a high bar for design and construction. The entire site including the Tower decks will be heavily landscaped to establish a green city oasis, enhancing indoor/outdoor spaces and serves to also soften the visual impact of the podium and Towers.

The STAR PUBLICATIONS COMPLEX will be catalyst for the redevelopment of this emerging commercial district of Petaling Jaya. With a vibrant programming mix of diverse businesses and people, the project has the critical mass to establish a new development direction for Section 13.

GREEN BUILDING

The development will consider environmental sustainability and reference its success against the Green Building Index (GBI) by

- Heavy landscaping on the ground as well as garden decks interspersed between tower floors.
- Rain harvesters built into courtyard canopy to reduce use of potable water on site.
- Photovoltaic panels on the top of the towers to provide electricity and reduce energy costs.
- Intelligent use of materials eg. High efficiency double glazing.

Ya, i think is early this year already launch, but they didn't do much advertisement. But as mention in SPA it will took 48 months to complete, means end of 2016.

Is 2000 per floor increment.
On top of free car park, heater, 2 a/c, kitchen cabinet, it also furnished with electrical hood & hob, plastered ceiling, wardrobe, utility wardrobe. Showhouse is available for viewing smile.gif.
Now only 617 & 622 available. Both 1 room.

waiting for the new phase to launch, hear that it got 3 rooms in one unit, but dunno the price yet, but sure more expensive than current price of RM780/sqf

bro, mean u bought the residence unit right?
I bought the soho last Nov I think. the soho launch last July if not mistaken..
318k, 374sf, mid high floor.
I invest its 63 earlier, then met the agent again and he recommemd take it, small unit, loan rejected unit.
3+3 dis.
compare to the "cstage", I think worth la, free c/p too.
as I know both soho n res unit same price psf, only urs r fully furnish, mine only part part/little...
but is 1 room, so not int...

it will build a link bridge to connect it to the station, so we can walk out fr the station n reach the Pinnacle.
