very quickly go through this, so in short,
1) Block A owned by Star Publications, Block B office suites open to public, sold out dy ? 2) Now Block C (Capella) SA open for sale or pre-launch can choose unit place deposit? 3) Block D and E ?? average psf for SA ? |

I just wondering when is the completion date,
I already bought for two years plus but the progress is just so slow, honestly I feel regret buying this and I can't sell it as well, all I can do is just wait |

Hi all, received 2d progressive payment today and dev ask for the GST about rm2,800, should we pay? While the time we purchased this there is no such GST this thing, now puith putih pay extra 6%, higher cost now, and hv to pay cash!! Imagine those who bought a 3m shoplot earlier (ANY PROJECT) and stil under con now, every cent after 1/4 all kena 6%, any high hand can share some here pls?
