yeah i know this vped, i mean during construction for a condo should be 4 year, if this condo vp without delay, people can start collect rental since 2018. and the auction unit will not be as much now since just vped no more than 1 year. late vp + pandemic causes a lot of auction unit at this project.

for what i know, if defaulter failed to pay the payment since progressive interest part, after vped the unit will be auction also.

Yea I don’t know many people who would pay interest for 8 years. Makes sense if they abandoned it. Another thing to look out for with over ambitious developers.
