yeah i know this vped, wink.gif i mean during construction for a condo should be 4 year, if this condo vp without delay, people can start collect rental since 2018. and the auction unit will not be as much now since just vped no more than 1 year. doh.gif late vp + pandemic causes a lot of auction unit at this project.

rolleyes.gif for what i know, if defaulter failed to pay the payment since progressive interest part, after vped the unit will be auction also.

Yea I don’t know many people who would pay interest for 8 years. Makes sense if they abandoned it. Another thing to look out for with over ambitious developers.

Another lelong unit sold today.
Maybe only for cash buyer over here.

1242 sqft unit.
From 624K, sold at 720K.
Higher than last month reserve price.

Good catch?
