I installed the webtv plugin but still unable to view hypp TV on PC (web version). whenever i login, it will ask me to download the plugin again and again...

anyone facing the same issue?

Can't speak for streamyx.. Unifi is some HD and others SD.. I expect similar results on Streamyx.

Dunno but I can tell you how much each channel uses on UniFi. TV1 is SD. Not sure how they gonna get 8.6 mbps on Streamyx.

101: TV1 - 2.3 Mbps
613: Warner TV HD - 8.6 mbps

Quick question, how do I show all the channels in Hypptv? ie all the screen listings previews in small windows.

Hmm.. Don't think they can offer HBO cuz Astro has the license.. Perhaps another.

Maybe Paramount Channel, a basic channel or AMC, just guessing

HBO is exclusive to astro, other than a handful of so call new titles (already shown as VOD movies 1 hr ago), the remaining movies filling the airtime on HBO are very old titles or unknown or TV movies

Can't help with the voluntary damage part. Perhaps wait till contract is up, terminate and reapply as new to get the new equipment. The box isn't great anyway, lots of far better and cheap Android boxes out there. Check out it's dedicated thread to see that TM has further lockdown the STB. So don't stress yourself about it.

the box is under warranty only for the 1st year.

the only way is to nego when sign a new contract.

from the link it says u can - i think it will depend on what contract, what "specials" in the new contract.

Just a few months back.. I tried negotiating with sales agents on the phone, TM Point branches and agents in malls. Nope, nothing.. All said the same thing, can renew contract, but only get the newer equipments if something goes seriously wrong with the old one within the warranty period (1 year). Wasn't going to take that chance as I've been using the previous equipment across multiple contract periods with no "death" in sight..
