hi..i would like to remove hypptv from my monthly subscription. doing so i will save rm30 monthly and i can dump the money to probably netflix. tried removing it from the unifi online management service but failed doing so.

Does it have to be done at tm point outlet? if outlet, should i go to the bigger outlet or the smaller one can do as well? last time i move house only the bigger tm point can cater to that request. any feedback is most welcomed.. thanks

looks like... yr previous vip10 came with ruby and varnam pack (possibly megapack); now, yr unifi30 comes with basic aneka only.

did you not negotiate/clarify with tm point/dealer what pack u will get when u changed?

It should have been negotiated into your upgrade.. From history, TM will honor it (If asked).. Call em up to see if it's still possible.

yup. I even managed to get the 600 minutes free calls... so, anything is negotiated...

My parent's home is using the unifi 30mb plan.. with hypptv but they dont use it.

Can i take the hypptv box to my home which is using TIME and use it? Is it possible?

since it is an android box, maybe you can use it by installing hypptv everywhere app in it. it is just that not all channels are available thru the app

Afraid not, it won't work because the HyppTV STB is designed to work with TM's HyppTV private network which won't be accessible from TIME.
