jumbo rm219 should incl only fixed line calls. calls to mobile phones cannot be incl.

check again. maybe delayed charges!

from what i read and understand, there can be minor differences, possibly to be dealer behavior as usual.

No ler, bro.. it stated there charges, but discount back like what listed for local calls... so, I very confirmed it is FOC... besides, I traced back... two months already they gave FOC...
Btw, just noticed that the new pack come with 600 minutes free calls to local and handphone calls... for those who keen, can pay RM 20 for that additional service.. but, my side, RM 20 not seen at all... so, I guess it's really some sort of offering... honest, it's good to me since I work at home and most of the time, I am at home...

Yeah, some people were able to negotiate the free 600 minutes to fixed landlines & mobiles, within their current package. So most likely, you are one of those.

Looks like an oversight on their part. Hey, just be happy & enjoy it.. I tried negotiating such among other perks & got denied.. So decided to hold off on upgrading till current contract ends in a few months.. A telemarketer might reach out then.. . Plus there are rumors swirling about newer packages and a new ISP player in the coming months. So we'll see.

My HypeTV suddenly cannot be use after changing to Asus Router. Phone line and Unifi @ 30mbps have absolutely no issue.

Upon executing Test Network Connection, it said :
4 - Central connectivity --- x
5 - NTP connectivity --- x
7 - Multicast connectivity --- x

May I know what is currently going on? And more importantly how to FIX it?

Ah, that's because he previously used to pay RM199 for VIP10 + Megapack (free). So upon upgrade to Advance30 plan, he gets to retain the discounted megapack.

i believe only for long time megapack users.

megapack is no longer offered, only for old customers.
