still lagging?

Can everyone report in whether u satisfied or dissatisfied with the Hypp TV package that you have? hehe

Satisfied: Yes / No / Nil

Clarify a bit on satisfaction: Don't really open it to watch it, but it a forced package to sign up latest unifi package.

Satisfied: Yes
Clarify a bit on satisfaction: Not much expectation, just sit down n watch something while at living room.

Package: Mega Pack (Older)
Satisfied: Yes
It does what it does & when it can't or household wants to watch something else, simply switch to the media box or Netflix app.

package : Jumbo
Satisfied: so far so good except the speed not consistent...
like what voncrane said.. it does what it does... and I started to get hooked with some of the english channels like syfy, universal and bbc earth... so far so good on the pack... but, speed wise... although the inconsistent of speed does not affect the quality of jumbo pack at all...

i do speedtest by using wifi, laptop. is almost 30mbps.
but the Hypptv is lag, the video is not smooth and but when watching ntv7 local tv channel no problem very smooth.
anyone got solution?

yo, bro... surprisingly, my case terbalik with u... never seen 30mbps so far... but, hypptv is ok... so far so good.. no lagging..

it is abnormal.
hypptv works smooth all the time except when channel down.
hypptv bandwidth is separate from and in addition to the 30mbps.
you should call them, report and have it checked.

may i know hypp tv can be recorder? do the latest tv box provide recorder function?

I just recently upgraded to 30mbps package + Jumbo Pack.

However, I am getting all channels which includes Aneka,Varnam and Ruby pack. Are they having a promotion for all channels and if so how long does the promotion lasts?

On the hypptv experience, some channels gets frozen/lag while others run smoothly without a glitch.

As for the Unifi speed, I am constantly getting 32Mbps DL and 5.5Mbps UL

all channels free for 1 month for all new customers.

no, all channels should work smoothly except for rare occasions

only a couple of times for an hr or so it went slow.

yup, I donno why... the speed so inconsistent.. sometimes, it even drops to 10-15mbps...
just wondering, where to complain except calling their customer service? frustrating calling them...

How to subscribe 1 or 2 channel only ? FYI, Unifi user here

Option 1..... Use your Hypptv remote > Navigate to desired channel > Watch preview > Hit "OK" to subscribe.
Option 2..... Call 100.
FYI, better to first check if the channels you are interested in are included in a Hypptv package. in case its cheaper or more economical to subscribe to the package rather than just one or two channels.

bro, they usually won't reveal a specific date... but, honestly, since my side never experienced the maximum side of the so called 30mbps , I seriously didn't enjoy much too (try to slow down your tempting )....
