QUOTE(voncrane @ Dec 2 2015, 02:15 AM) Hey, share la which model... So quick to throw your once beloved 1080p TV under the bus.. u gotta get one of these 4k uhd tvs! after a week or so, i say it is well worth it - for those who primarily play HD content. becos the clarity, details and colors are so much better with HD material, i wish i had bought a 58" instead. but never mind... in 2 yrs time, i will move the 50" to another room, get new 65". |

QUOTE(voncrane @ Dec 8 2015, 04:43 PM) the sweet spot changes with higher resolution. it was 29" CRT, then 32" LCD, 42" FUllHD. it has to be 55-65 4K UHD now. really, hypptv 1080i hd channels come out marvellous on a 4k uhd TV. The food now looks more delicious, the landscapes more refreshing and the sharks more real. |

not sure if its my STB issue or AV configuration ..
watching HD channels on hyppTV for the initial 30 secs or so would give me 1080i/60 image, however after that it falls back to 480i which made everything blurry and such |
