QUOTE(jeisern @ Dec 15 2013, 02:39 AM) kekekeke i oso tried to flash now i oso stuck in lenovo screen mind sharing what u did following the russian site ? Use Google translate to translate the page:where to get the xml ? just download the xml and flash it and then reflash the 131010 ROM ? http://lenovo-forums.ru/topic/1423-faq-%D0...%BA%D0%B5-k900/ Anyway, I'll explain what I did 1. Download all the necessary software: IntelAndroidDrvSetup1.2.0 - http://lenovo-forums.ru/Files/OS/K900/Inte...vSetup1.2.0.exe iSocUSB-Driver-Setup-1.0.2 - http://lenovo-forums.ru/Files/OS/K900/Tool...Setup-1.0.2.exe ManufacturingFlashTool_Setup_6.0.2 - http://lenovo-forums.ru/Files/OS/K900/Tool...Setup_6.0.2.exe 2. Install IntelAndroidDrvSetup1.2.0 (You can refer to the Russian website to see the screenshots, installation is straight forward) 3. Install iSocUSB-Driver-Setup-1.0.2 (You can refer to the Russian website to see the screenshots, installation is straight forward BUT take note at the last step of installation where it asks you to connect your phone to your PC, and do a restart so that the driver the installed properly. Once you do that, you should see a popup on your PC saying that a new 'CloverviewPlus' device has been installed successfully.) 4. Install ManufacturingFlashTool_Setup_6.0.2. 5. Run the Manufacuring Flash Tool, to go File > Settings. Follow the settings in this screenshot: ![]() 6. Disconnect K900 from PC and power off K900. At the Manufacturing Flash Tool, navigate to File > Open and select the xml file of the ROM you want to flash. (I've tried an xml of a rooted ROM, and it fails. If you have no original ROM, download this: http://lenovo-forums.ru/Files/OS/K900/K900...Usign_full.rar) 7. After you have selected the xml, the Manufacturing Flash Tool should state that flashing is ready. Then, just connect your K900 to your PC and the flash should start automatically. 8. Once successfully flashed, disconnect K900 from PC and start your phone. The ROW I provided is 130602, super old one, but can update to latest ROW. From here, I flashed to 131010 rooted and all goes smoothly I tried using the xFSTK method (from xda forum), but I always get "SOC device is disconnected". The Manufacturing Flash Tool is automated, hence much simpler. I think this process is similar to SonnyCooL's method |

QUOTE(jeisern @ Dec 15 2013, 09:55 AM) Try my method, make sure you install the drivers properly. Also, when you want to flash, make sure the device is OFF, then connect the USB to it. Once you connect the USB, K900 will automatically switch on and flashing should start. |

QUOTE(Ronald_loulan @ Dec 15 2013, 04:56 PM) Me! Successful but need to go through the unbrick process ><Maybe it's because we flash from VibeRom? Could it be the reason? Last time when we use VibeRom, we had to flash the VibeRom inb file, then flash the system.img.gz. But now, we just flash directly to 131010 system.img.gz. What I think is, the proper process should be flashing back to the original inb, then only flash to 131010 system.img.gz. Just my 2 cents |
