Hi Mr BenQ, any major differences between GW2470H and GW2470HL, in terms of picture quality? Noticed that the newer model GW2470HL's panel is not AMVA+.

I plan to get a 22 or 24' BenQ monitor for general office works (Excel, Word etc), web browsing and video watching. Any recommendations?

Hi starship1,

Sorry for the steps and inconvenience. These steps is for us to find the factors causing the problem. Normally it doesn't need audio cable when using.
At this stage we will suggest you send the product to our service for deeper checking.

Please notice that we have on-site service for you to use. Our service team will come to your place to pick up and send it back when finishing checking.

I manage to sort out the headset to monitor issue. Actually very easy , on windows 7 , just go to control panel and sound , playback setting and do a few click and its working fine.

BTW , is your GW 2480 a glossy panel.

Hi Jactiego,

Thank you for asking. You are correct, the GW2470HL is newer than GW2470H. Both of them are AMVA+ panel. The only main difference between two is that GW2470H has low blue light to filter out harmful blue light while GW2470HL has advanced low blue light tech (low blue light plus) that not only filters out harmful blue light but also remains beneficial blue turquoise light (455~480nm).

I will also recommend you to check our latest models GW2270HM (22 inch, AMVA+ panel, built-in speakers) and GW2480 (24 inch, IPS panel, built-in speakers, cable management system). Both of them are eye care series as well and in same price range.

Hi starship1, glad to hear that. In response to your question, GW2480 is anti-glare/Matte. smile.gif

Thanks for your info! It's helpful!

Confirm GW2470HL is AMVA+ panel? Bcos the link here just stated it's a VA without details. https://www.benq.com/en/monitor/stylish/gw2...ifications.html

Low end gaming (AMD 2200G) , hence low res, but at high refresh rates.

I see. I need to say sorry that currently we don't have models with 1280 x 1024 & 1366 x 768 ones.

Hi aero99,

Thank you for asking.
We have a 27 inch monitor suitable for PS4 Pro - EW277HDR.
Most of our customers purchase this model mainly for playing PS4 Pro. Plus it has eye care features - low blue light, flicker free and screen auto-adjustment, which is also suitable for reading and watching movie too. biggrin.gif

got my XL2720 back. This time BenQ RMA me a new XL2720 instead of XL2720z. Lets hope XL2720 does not suffer the problem XL2720z has.
