issue = having interlace artifacts at high Hz 120/144Hz at bottom of the screen AGAIN!

Case = I RMA my first monitor I bought from lingloong directly to BenQ HQ roughly a year ago(April 2017). It had the same interlace artifacts at the bottom part of the screen. BenQ had replaced me with a new XL2720z. A 1year later, this new BenQ Xl2720z has the same interlace artifacts issue again.
So how I gonna request for reverse onsite pickup? need to call again? got email? I am frustrated and lazy to call already.
Personally I am not happy with BenQ monitor quality. I bought this Xl2720z monitor just to RMA twice?
At this point I am not even sure it will last >3 years. May be BenQ still RMA the 3rd new XL2720z then after 3rd year it will spoil again, by that time I will be out of warranty with no replacement. You better rectify the issue FOR GOOD, or replace me with another similar model that have no such problem or just refund me. I am extremely unhappy customer now, it is not my plan to drop RM2K on expensive monitor just to use 3yrs + 2 RMA, forward this post to your higher level manager to read this.
if you want the serial number/part number & case ID on the first monitor I even got it in my photo(PM me). I got serial number/part number on this second RMA one.(Pm me also). So you can check your record.
