not sure whether how true but on sunday .. i did ask 3 SA .. same answer RM318k with 2 car park, 4air , 2heater. Well lets see how this coming Saturday ...

I did ask why the price not starting from RM280K +7% bumi price = RM300K , they did told us that they selling RM318k with upgrade +1 car park, 4 air cond , 2 wh

as we havent sign the s&p nothing is concrete ... even i did ask about units facing the pool .. sa say only know on saturday ..

Pool view still many available while u were booking?

As of 12pm today, ballot number close to 2k. What u all think for tis project? My points as below:

Pros:
1. Own sustain township
2. Low price psf, RM300+psf
3. Freehold

Cons:
1. High density
2. No dibs

Not sure for the accessibility. Please advise if any.
