Hi all,
As of 12pm today, ballot number close to 2k. What u all think for tis project? My points as below:
Pros: 1. Own sustain township 2. Low price psf, RM300+psf 3. Freehold
Cons: 1. High density 2. No dibs
Not sure for the accessibility. Please advise if any.

I oso need to force out 30% of downpayment due to > 3 properties. According to SA, snp only sign on tis Dec, pay only 5%. Another 20% will be pay progressively within 6 months time.

Today received call from SA for the pre-sign snp but told them the purchase still under consideration due to 48 months completion. SA asked to come this Sat CNY event for more details. Anyone going this Sat? BTW, pre-sign need to pay the 5% downpayment? Since 5% rebate. Forgot to ask SA

I want to cancel my booking due to the 4 years of completion & SA told me will penalty for 1K. Anyone get fully refund after cancelled? How is the procedure & person in charge to get fully refund?? Thx
