Supposely I bring my friend to put deposit for a ballot card last night , but been explain by the sa , my friend tarik handbrake suddenly because of you can't fully refund if you being selected , even tough fail loan also makan 1k @@

did someone ask the question to SA? What if change the booking name before signing SPA? Are they allowed to do so?

Here is the T&C for the balloting .. hope this helps ..
Use to be RM1K penalty but yesterday during yesterday signing the lawyers reps changes to RM300 and inform me about the changes .. i believe the 1K penalty piss off/scare off a lot of buyers so make sure the cross the 1k and replace with RM300 before you sign, as they will photocopy after you have signed for them to keep. for the vvip preview there's no ballot and penalty stuff, but I do agree that 1k penalty is ridiculous...robbery in daylight
