I only take 70% loan, so the stamp duty is about 1.2K++
The disbursement fee + processing Fees + tranport fees + document fees + all sort of fees = 1K++

total 2.3K++

Ok, thanks for the details, very useful for me since I'm also taking 70% loan. My loan nett amount is RM252k, so should be RM2.3k+ just like yours.

I got some confuse with my loan disbursement amount.
I thought khairin nisa lawyer cheating arr..
Yesterday i go to southville to sign loan agreement.
They show my amount disbursement is 2.4k ..
Then after that he said since im using islamic bank, i can get some discount for stamp duty.

Then today he send new quotation.the totak still same.
Yes for stano duty its get discount fron 1.5 to 1.1k ..
But why the toal still same.
I ask to lawyer then he said its because document for islamic bank lagi banyak..
And he add in 300 at others ..

How come i need to pay more at courier, telephone since i collect ny self at their office the document, i follow uo using my credit calling their lawyer asking the doc already stamp or not..
I asking the previous one quotation b4 discount he send the different one and edit which part i dont know the amount is 2.7k .. but i stilk remember last time i saw the total b4 discount stamo duty is 2.4k ..

Banyak pandai ini olang. Cut the stamp duty cost add the other.. toonmuch cost they added

Dude, have you signed your S&P? The loan agreement should be signed at the same time you signed your S&P, it's the same law firm that's handling both the agreements after all.

They messed up mine and I only signed my loan agreement recently while the S&P was signed back in March. All the hassle of having to go the A Rahim's office in Bangsar....*&^@#$@#

By the way, anyone knows if the developer has a platform to update the buyers on the construction progress? Photos on their website?
