8 blocks 3000 units with the price tag from 305k (abt 950sf) for non bumi after rebate. Lowest cost property within southville. What can I say, price is acceptable..anyway if they selling like hot cake then second block shall be start from 350k. Still selling good 3rd block will be start from 380k. Hmm....can be this project going selling smooth till the 8th block?

So so only. not many people. All just hang around 6c6c. Maybe too early? Just now park car at southgate. pipe bocor. ms workmansip so bad for this sountgate. Now at kopitiam inside southgate. This kopitiam only have 3 customers. buz not do good. |
